4 X 800 Relay - be there at 3pm
55 Meter Hurdles - be there at 3:30 pm
55 Meter Dash - be there at 4 pm
1600 Meters - be there at 4:30 pm
400 Meters - be there at 5:00 pm
800 Meters - be there at 5:30 pm
200 Meters - be there at 6:00 pm
4 X 400 Relay - be there at 6:30 pm
Shot Put - Girls then Boys - be there at 5:00 pm
High Jump - Boy's then Girls - 3:00 pm
Pole Vault - be there at 3:00pm
