The Donovan Freshman and Sophomore teams had an outstanding day at the NJCTC Frosh/Soph Championships.
Winners included Marc D'Esposito in the soph pole vault with a Donovan Soph record of 12'0", Mickey Connell in the Frosh Pole Vault (10'0"), and Pat Loughrey in the 400IH with a Donovan Soph record of 58.8.
The Soph athlete of the meet goes to Marc D'Esposito with his win in the pole vault, 4th place finish in the long jump (17'2") and outstanding leg (55.8) on the 2nd place 4 X 400 relay.
The Frosh athlete of the meet goes to Mickey Connell for his victory in the pole vault and lead off leg (60.9) on the 4 X 400 relay.
